Privacy policy
How we handle personal information submitted through this website. Last updated 19 October 2026.
Who we are
Asptech IT Solutions Limited is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website. Our registered office is Kings Court, 17 School Road, Hall Green, Birmingham B28 8JG.
What we collect
When you use the callback form on this site we collect the name, phone number and — if you choose to give them — the email address, company name and message you enter.
When you book a Wi-Fi survey we collect your name, phone number and the address or postcode of the site, where you need coverage, the type of site and the kind of service you are after. If you choose to give them, we also collect your email address, company name, the rough size of the area, when would suit for the survey and any message you enter.
For either form we also use the IP address the request came from, only to limit automated abuse of the form.
We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site, and the site does not set cookies. Fonts are served from our own servers rather than from a third party.
On the pages with a form, the anti-spam check described below stores one small item in your browser’s local storage, within the check itself rather than on our site. It is used only to tell people from automated submissions, so it is strictly necessary for the form to work.
How we use it
We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to provide the services you have asked for. We do not use them for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell personal information.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest — responding to an enquiry you have chosen to send us — or, where a contract follows, performance of that contract.
Who we share it with
Callback requests and Wi-Fi survey bookings are delivered into Freshdesk, the helpdesk system we use to manage enquiries and support. Freshdesk processes that information on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
The forms are protected from automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which loads only on pages with a form. To tell people from bots, Cloudflare receives your IP address and information about your browser, both when the page loads and when we check a submission with it. Cloudflare processes that information on our behalf and does not receive what you type into the form.
We may otherwise disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only for as long as they are useful for following up, and are then deleted. Records relating to clients are kept for as long as we provide services to you, and afterwards for as long as we are legally required to retain them.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Other websites
This site links to other websites, including our own product sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any site we do not operate, and we would encourage you to read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page. This version was last updated on 19 October 2026.
